PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Welcome to Eastville, our newly renovated semi-detached holiday letting cottage in Wells-next-the-Sea.
Eastville is a light and spacious house with three large bedrooms (one double room and two twin rooms) able to sleep up to six guests. The property has a fully equipped and functioning kitchen with the addition of an AGA to keep you toasty during the cooler months. A modern dining room allows you to dine in style and a comfortable living room for relaxing with a great film.
There's a spacious bathroom with an added rain shower, as well as a WC on the ground floor.
Eastville has private off-road parking for multiple vehicles. It is a dog friendly home, with a secure front and rear garden, so please feel free to bring your well-behaved pooch!
It's a 10-minute walk into the heart of Wells, with plenty of lovely places to eat, drink and shop.
Please note, most shops and restaurants are fur-iendly so your pooch can accompany you wherever you go - so there's no need to worry about leaving them behind!

FOOD & DRINK
There are plenty of places to eat and drink in and around Wells - The Crown being a favourite - serving a varied and seasonal menu of superb fresh and locally sourced food. There are also many cafes and tea rooms which serve an array of dishes to suit all diets and occasions. Mrs B's tearoom and The Picnic Hut can whip you up a perfect picnic that you can take down to the beach. For a drink with a view, why not hop on board The Albatross where you can watch the sun set after an adventurous day.
ACTIVITIES
If you are of a competitive nature then crabbing is for you, there are plenty of great spots along the quay to cast your nets! There are also some fantastic seal trips that you can go on if you fancy getting out on the water for some fresh sea air. For all those twitchers amongst you, there are many places to birdwatch and enjoy the natural surroundings - Cley and Salthouse Marshes being a favourite with a fantastic visitors center. WALK, RUN & RIDE
Wells-next-the-sea lies directly on the Norfolk Coast Path so you can enjoy breathtaking views, fresh air and exercise. There are some fantastic routes you can follow in the Wells guide. If you're more of a pedal-pusher, bikes can be hired in Wells and Holkham and you can join The Norfolk Coast Cycleway which follows and extends part of the National Cycle Network - so there are many miles to conquer. You can even enjoy a horse ride across the beautiful sandy beach and surrounding countryside.
OUT AND ABOUT
Holkham Hall is a fantastic attraction offering plenty of things to do for all the family, there are numerous events and concerts held here all year round. Burnham Market is a trendy and vibrant village with many places to shop, eat and drink. An abundance of local produce is on hand if you fancy testing out your culinary skills. Just down the road from Eastville is the Wells to Walsingham Light Railway which is the worlds smallest public railway and well worth a visit.
